Welcome to Video Meetings. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Video Meetings mobile application (the "App"), provided by RADHE FABRICS ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. License and Scope of Service
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for:
Video Communication: Hosting and joining individual or group video/audio meetings.
Home Launcher: Customizing your Android home screen, organizing installed applications, and hosting widgets.
2. Home Launcher Functionality
By using the App as your default launcher, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
App Organization: The App requires the QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission to display and launch all installed applications on your device.
App Management: The App may facilitate the uninstallation of other applications at your request via the REQUEST_DELETE_PACKAGES permission.
Overlay & Widgets: The App uses SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW and widget-binding capabilities to provide an interactive and customized desktop experience.
3. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy
As a communication platform, you are responsible for the content you share (video, audio, screen content, and chat). To comply with Google Play policies, we enforce a Zero Tolerance Policy for:
Objectionable Content: Sharing sexually explicit, hateful, or racially/ethnically offensive material.
Harassment: Using the App to bully, stalk, or threaten other participants.
Illegal Activity: Promoting or engaging in unlawful acts.
Violation of these rules will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the Service.
4. Hardware and System Permissions
To provide real-time communication, the App requires access to:
Camera & Microphone: To transmit live audiovisual data during meetings.
Media Projection: To share your device screen with other participants.
Phone State: To manage meeting audio when a standard cellular call is received.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The App utilizes third-party SDKs and services. By using the App, you also agree to the terms provided by these entities:
Google Play Services: Terms of Service
Google AdMob: Advertising Policies
Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Perf): Firebase Terms
WebRTC: For peer-to-peer real-time communication.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unauthorized commercial purposes.
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the App.
Interfere with the security or integrity of the communication encryption.
Use the App to distribute malware or spam.
7. Intellectual Property
The "Video Meetings" name, logos, and the App's original source code are the exclusive intellectual property of RADHE FABRICS. You may not use our branding without express written permission.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App (both Meeting and Launcher features) at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms our users or our reputation.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS." RADHE FABRICS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING STABILITY FOR LAUNCHER USE OR UNINTERRUPTED VIDEO CALLS. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DEVICE INSTABILITY, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
